The Oregon Department of Agriculture (ODA) forwarded to EPA information regarding the Respondent's product call Bulb Boost. The information revealed that the product was not registered with the EPA as a pesticide. The SSURO prevents the further sale of this unregistered product and gives the Respondent 30 to respond with the steps they will take to come into compliance with FIFRA.
