This facility was issued Field Citation II-UST-FC-580, in the amount of $450, for the following violations: 40 CFR 280.31(b): failure to ensure proper operation of cathodic protection system; 40 CFR 280.31(c): failure to inspect impressed current system every 60 days; and 40 CFR 280.45: failure to maintain records of release detection monitoring. To address the violations the facility has started maintaining a log of release detection records and a log of 60-day rectifier inspections. The facility has also had the impressed current system tested.
