Violations: 1. Inspection reports did not include unstabilized disturbed areas, locations where vehicles enter or exit, or material storage areas exposed to precipitation. 2. The inspection reports did not indicate if corrections are made within seven days. 3. Permit and SWPPP information were in an unmarked mailbox behind a Choice Homes sign at the entry of the development. 4. There was a poorly maintained concrete truck washout area, and the silt fencing was not properly buried along the bottom edge. 5. Storm drain protector was pulled back to allow unimpeded flow of sediment. 6. Controls were poorly maintained which allowed for offsite tracking. 7. Soil, construction debris and litter was found in the streets.
