Respondent violated various conditions of their NPDES discharge permit and this Administrative Order requires them to come into compliance. Respondent failed to perform and report Whole Effluent Toxicity (WET) testing last year, and twise their WET tests failed. Respondent had some sanitary sewer overflows and had an ammonia nitrogen violation.
