AOC issued for a removal response acttion @ the ABSCO Scrap Site. The Site is comprised of an active scrap yard and an open lot in a mixed residential and industrial neighborhood. ABSCO will perform an extent of contamination study to delineate the amount of lead and PCB contamination at the Site.
