EPA performed an NPDES file review for compliance with the Clean Water Act of all of Respondent's facilities (offshore oil & gas platforms) in the western portion of the Gulf of Mexico for the years 1998-2002. Respondent was found to have 3 oil & grease violations in 2002 and a number of administrative violations (e.g., not signing and certifying reports or information not complete on reports). Respondent is being ordered to fix these violations and report what steps they are taking to prevent them from happening in the future.
