This is an Administrative Penalty action pursuant to EPCRA 313. in which U.S. GreenFiber and its predecessor and partial owner Greenstone Industries failed to file timely, complete and correct Toxic Chemical Release Inventory Reporting Forms required under EPCRA Section 313 for their processing of a toxic chemical known as C.I. Basic Green for the years 1999 and 2000, respectively. U.S. GreenFiber and Greenstone Industries have agreed to an assessed penalty of $5,388.
