Summary

A compliance inspection was conducted at the Tinaja Pit owned by C&E Concrete on December 12, 2002, by NMED, for compliance with the Storm Water Multi-Sector General Permit. It was determined that the facility had been without permit coverage from March 1993 through November 19, 2002. The Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) indicated violations including a deficient site map, non-implementation of BMPs documented, and inspections not being conducted in accordance with permit requirements. An administrative order was drafted to address these violations.
