Violations: 1. The Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) presented at the inspection was inadequate. 2. At two of the outfalls inspected there were construction materials in the outfalls. 3. The trash and debris noted on the lots inside of the silt fence erosion control(s). 4. Some silt fencing spans inspected had been improperly installed (not trenched properly).
