Violations: 1. The proper notice was not posted on the site. 2. The Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) was not available for review or there was no SWPPP developed at the time of the inspection. 3. The storm water inspection reports were being performed.
4. There were no silt fences or equivalent sediment controls being used at a minimum for all side-slope and down-slope boundaries of the construction area.
