The Defendant -- who owns and leases apartments in the Bronx -- failed to pay a consented-to $50,000 administrative penalty for violation of the Lead-Based Paint Disclosure Rule under TSCA. We asked that a lien be placed on the property involved, and that the penalty plus interest and costs be collected.
