This Complaint identified violations of failure to modify hazardous waste notification, disposal, treatment, and storage without a permit, failure to comply with storage permit exemptions, failure to make adequate hazardous waste determination, failure to send hazardous waste to an authorized facility, and failure to comply with used oil requirements.
