Respondent failed to have Clean Water Act NPDES permit coverage for the following facilities from upon purchase of assets from December 10, 1997, until April 16, 2002, for the following Gulf of Mexico offshore platforms: Vermilion 217, Vermilion 218, Matagorda Island 603, Matagorda Island 620, Brazos 338-L, and Brazos Block 444-S. Respondent failed to have NPDES permit coverage for the following facilities starting December 10, 1997, and remaining unpermitted as of the date of this Order for the following facilities: Matagorda Island 619, Brazos 339, Brazos 337-L, Brazos 368, Brazos 340-L. Respondent is Orderd to obtain NPDES permit coverage for all offshore facilities in the Gulf of Mexico.
