VIOLATIONS: The Respondent's tank battery facility was a point source discharge of pollutants, specifically brine, to the receiving waters f a tributary of Hug-Me-Tight Creek, located in Sections 16 and 21, Township 3 South, Range 2 West, Carter County, OK. The discharge of brine was documented during a March 26, 2003, inspection.
