This administrative order is issued to Jess and Doris Sherman, owners/operators of the Restway Trailer Park for failure to monitor for total coliform bacteria, collect five routine total coliform bacterium samples the month following a total coliform positive sample, report total coliform noncompliance to EPA and failure to provide public notice of the violations.
