This emergency administrative order is issued to Atlantic City Mercantile based on the bacteriological sample analyzed 5/3/2003 as fecal coliform postive and the historical contamination problems associated with this water system. EPA has determined that this system may pose an imminent and substantial endangerment to the health of persons served by this water system. This order requires the immediate issuance of a boil water notice and temporary increased bacteriological monitoring.
