A compliance evaluation inspection was conducted January 15, 2003, at Barrington Hills Estates to evaluate compliance with the General Permit for Storm Water Discharges at Construction Activities. Austin Bridge & Road was one of the operators on site and it was determined during that inspection that that company had not applied for coverage under this specific permit, nor had they prepared a Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP). An administrative order was drafted to address these violations.
