The Respondent is an offshore operator in the Gulf of Mexico. A 5 year DMR and file review was done of the facility and the penalty is for effluent violations, paperwork violations, and unpermitted facilities. EPA met with Respondent on May 12th in a Show Cause meeting and Respondent has submitted their response to the Administrative Order and is claiming they have fixed all of their problems.
