Mr. Hudson has placed fill into 404 wetlands in Cave Colony Subdivision. He is actively preparing and selling lots in this subdivision. He has tentatively agreed to apply for an after-the-fact permit for a driveway crossing as well as to restore previously impacted wetlands in an area that he does not plan to develop.
