New Tek Cleaning Products, Inc. failed to submit annual pesticide production reports for reporting years 2002 and 2001 by the requlatory due date. On June 25, 2003, EPA issued an Administrative Civil Complaint with the proposed penalty of $11,000. On July 10, 2003, respondent submitted the 2001 and 2003 reports, indicating zero production, and a written request for termination of its EPA Establishment Registration. In accordance with the FIFRA Enforcement Response Policy, the penalty fee was reduced to zero dollars and the establishment was inactivated as a producer of pesticide products.
