ccds: Helix Industries, Inc. failed to submit annual pesticide production reports for reporting years 2002 and 2001 by the regulatory due date. On June 23, 2003, EPA issued an Administrative Civil Complaint with the proposed penalty of $11,000. On July 18, 2003, respondent submitted the 2001 and 2002 reports. In accordance with the FIFRA Enforcement Response Policy, the penalty was reduced to $1,800, which shall be in 3 payments of $600 each, in 6 month intervals.
