Welch Foods, Inc., Lawton, Michigan failed to submit the completed Emergency and Hazardous Chemical Inventory forms to the State Emergency Response Commission, the Local Emergency Planning Committee, and the local fire department with jurisdiction over the facility for the 2000-2001 calendar years by the March 1 deadline. This is the second time Welch Foods, Inc. has violated EPCRA Section 312.
