Respondent is an oil and gas extraction operator in the western portion of the Gulf of Mexico. Respondent has Clean Water Act NPDES Outer Continental Shelf discharge permit. A DMR review was done of the file and Respondent was found to have both effluent and paperwork violations, for which Respondent is being ordered to fix.
