Respondent was one of the officers of the Meadowlands Plating & Finishing Site. Meadowlands Plating & Finishing is a former plating site at which substantial amounts of hazardous substances were improperly disposed of or abandoned. EPA performed a removal at the site and seeks reimbursement for its costs.
