## Abstract

This document contains corrections to the final rule (I.D. 042696A), which was published Friday, August 23, 1996 (61 FR 43420). The final rule implemented the approved provisions of Amendment 8 to the Fishery Management Plan (FMP) for the Summer Flounder and Scup Fisheries.
