We recommend that the Assistant Secretary for the Office of Elementary and Secondary Education— For LEAs that havenot yet submitted their ARP ESSER plans, require Washington to fully document its review and approval of these plans,once they have been submitted, to ensure that they comply with all ARP ESSER requirements.
