INJURED PARTY WAS LOADING HIS ROOF BOLTER WITH SUPPLIES WHEN HE REACHE ACROSS IT TO DRAG A BOX OF GLUE, HS FELT A PAIN IN HIS LOWER BACK. *THIS INJURY WAS NOT REPORTED TILL 1-12-2000 TO MINE P ERSONNEL, THAT HE HURT HISSELF AT THE MINE.
