## Narrative

THIS EE WAS USING A CUTTING TORCH TO CUT SOME BOLTS OVERHEAD. WHILE DOING THIS A RED HOT PIECE OF THE BOLT BEING CUT FELL DOWN AND LODGED IN A CREASE OF HIS PANT LEG ABOVE HIS BOOT. IT BURNED ITS WAS THROUGH THE PANT MATERIAL AND FELL INTO THE TOP OF HIS BOOT. HE WAS TOTALLY UNAWARE OF THE HOT METAL UNTIL HE FELT IT AGAINST HIS FLESH WHERE THE FOOT AND ANKLE JOIN. 3RD DEGREE BURN.
