EE WAS REPAIRING EQUIPMENT ON 455 DEMAG. WHILE USING A HAND TOOL, THE TOOL SLIPPED CAUSING THE EE TO STRIKE HIS RIGHT HAND AGAINST AN UNKNOWN PART OF THE MACHINE.
