EMPLOYEE WAS ASSISTING IN BREAK DOWN OF CRANE, AS HE WAS FEEDING LOAD LINE BACK THROUGH HEAD BLOCK SHEAVES, HIS GLOVES BECAME TRAPPED BETWEEN THE LOAD LINE AND SHEAVES PULLING HIS HAND FINGERS INTO SHEAVES.
