AFTER LOADING TANK TRUCK WITH KILN BYPASS DUST, EMPLOYEE CLOSED LID. THERE WAS DUST AROUND LID WHEN HE DROPPED THE LID TO CLOSE IT. DUST BLEW UP INTO HIS EYES.
