AT APPROX 7AM ON JULY 6, 2000, THE HOIST OPERATOR FOR THE PRODUCTION HOIST NOTICED A BROKEN BOLT ON THE HOIST BRAKES. AS A PRECAUTIONARY MEASURE, THE MINE WAS EVACULATED AND BOLT REPAIRED. T HE REPAIR WAS COMPLETED AT 11:15 AM AND WORK WAS RESOMED.
