EMPLOYEE WAS TOLD TO PUSH IN PINS ON 97 GATE. GATE WAS FULL OF RIMS. WHILE BEATING IN THE PINS WITH A SLEDGE HAMMER HE FELL OFF THE RAMP, LANDING FACE FIRST AND CUTTING HIS EYE.
