EMPLOYEE FINISHED SHIFT AND CONSULTED EMERGENCY ROOM PHYSICIAN THESAME DAY BECAUSE EYE WAS IRRITATED. PHYSICIAN REMOVED 2 MORE SPECKS OF DUST AND ADVISED 24 HOURSOF REST.
