THE EMPLOYEE WAS BOLTING TOP WITH HIS HAND LAYING ON DRILL POT AND A PIECE OF DRAW ROCK FELL AND STRUCK EMPLOYEE ON HIS RIGHT HAND CAUSING A FRACTURE AND LACERAITON TO MIDDLE AND RING FINGERS.
