EMPLOYEE WAS GREASING THE 4600 DRAGLINE AS PART OF HIS DUTIES, WHEN THE WIND BLEW DEBRIS INTO HIS RIGHT EYE. EMPLOYEE WAS WEARING HIS SAFETY GLASSES AT THE TIME OF THE ACCIDENT.
