## Narrative

THE EE WAS OPEHING THE AIR LOCK DOORS AT THE BOTTOM OF THE 8 SHAFT WHEN THE MANDOOR CLOSED ON HIS FINGERS CAUSING A FRACTURE TO HIS RIGHT INDEX FINGER. THE DOOR LATCHING CHAIN BROKE CAUSING TH E DOOR TO CLOSE.
