EE WAS ATTEMPTING TO REMOVE A BENT ROOF BOLT FROM THE DRILL POD. THE EE ENGAGED ROTATION ON THE DRILL POD AND THE BOLT WAS RELEASED STRIKING THE EE ON THE RIGHT WRIST.
