EE WAS REMOVING A TOP ROLLER FROM A HEADER DRIVE FRAME, WHEN HE LOST HIS FOOTING CAUSING HIM TO FALL. THE ROLLER FELL ON HIS RIGHT HAND MASHING IT AGAINST THE FRAME.
