THE MINER WAS POKING A FROST CHUNK WITH CONDUIT AND A CHUNK STRUCK THE CONDUIT WHICH STRUCK HIM ON THE HARD HAT. BECAME AWARE OF CHIROPRACTIC TREATMENT ON 1/20/01.
