AS EE WAS PUSHING ROOF BOLT UP INTO ROOF, COUPLER STUCK ON ROOF STRAP. WHILE ATTEMPTING TO FREE THE STUCK ROOF BOLT, THE BOLT BENT AND PINCHED HIS LEFT INDEX FINGER BETWEEN THE BOLT AND THE BO LTER MAST.
