## Narrative

DURING RETREAT MINING IN #31 BLOCK OF 3LT 1 NORTH A GOB FALL OCCURRED. THE FALL WAS ON THE HEAD OF THE CONTINUOUS MINER AND REQUIRED THE USE OF HYDRAULIC PULLERS TO GET THE MINER OUT. FALL WAS NOT CONSIDERED REPORTABLE BUT MSHA SUPERVISOR WAS NOTIFIED AND HE INFORMED MATHIES TO REPORT FALL AS IT IT WERE AN ENTRAPMENT.
