EMPLOYEE STARTING LOADER WHEN HE SLIPPED AND FELL TO THE GROUND. HE DID NOT GO TO THE DOCTOR UNTIL 3-27-01 AT THAT TIME HE WAS PLACED ON LIGHT DUTY FOR ONE WEEK (4 WORK DAYS) HE RETURNED TO FU LL DUTY ON 4-4-01.
