## Narrative

EE WAS TURNING VALVE ON CAUSTIC HEADER. THE LINEABOVE THE PUMP WAS LEAKING SLIGHTLY. HE TURNED THE PUMP OFF TO SWAP THE VALVE. SUDDENLY, WITH HIS BACK TO THE VALVE, CAUSTIC SPRAYED OUT ON THE BACK OF HIS LOWER LEG. HE SUFFERED A SECOND DEGREE BURN.
