EE WAS DISPOSING OF 20 GRAM PRIMERS. DETONATED BOX OF PRIMERS AND CONCUSSION KNOCKED EE TO THE GROUND RESULTING IN LACERATION TO THE BACK OF THE HEAD. 5 STITCHES. EE DID NOT PROVIDE ENOUGH DIS TANCE BETWEEN HIMSELF AND EXPLOSION.
