THE INJURED EMPLOYEE WAS WALKING ON THE WALKWAY OF THE SECOND DECK OF OUR TOW BOAT, WHEN HE STRUCK HIS HEAD AGAINST THE WALKWAY SUPPORT FOR THE THIRD DECK.
