WHILE PERFORMING HIS NORMAL DUTIES AS A ROOF BOLTER MBC,(OPERATOR IN LOW COAL)- EE EXPERIENCED PAIN/SWELLING IN RT. KNEE. EE DID NOT SEEK MEDICAL ATTENTION UNTIL APRIL 11, 2002 AT WHICH TIME HE WAS DIAGNOSED WITH PREPATELLAR BURITIS AND PLACED ON RESTRICTED DUTY.
