EE WAS USING A PICK HAMMER TO KNOCK AN OLD BIT OUT OF AN INSERT. HE MISSED THE INSERT AND STRUCK HIS HAND WITH THE PICK HAMMER. HE SUSTAINED A PUNCTURE WOUND TO THE LEFT HAND REQUIRING 5 SUTU RES.
