EE STATES WHILE INSTALLING A ROOF BOLT, THE BOLT MOVED CAUSING HIS FINGER TO STRIKE THE DRILL HEAD. THE INJURY REQUIRED 11 STITCHES & HE WAS PLACED ON LIGHT DUTY.
