A ROOF FALL WAS DISCOVERED 5100 FEET OUTBY THE ACTIVE FACE BETWEEN #2 & #3 ENTRIES AT SPAD #457. THE FALL WAS ~30' LONG X 17' WIDE X 6' HIGH. IT WAS BREAKERED OFF.
